Opportunity: VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Description: Help assess volunteer needs, help write volunteer job descriptions and help recruit and train volunteers
Time: Approximately 5 hours a week
Reports to: Pastor
• Help research and write volunteer policies, procedures and descriptions
• Help assess volunteer needs
• Raise awareness of role and functions of volunteers
• Ensure there is appropriate training for volunteers
• Help recruit volunteers
• Support and motivate volunteers
• Celebrate volunteers
• Maintain record keeping
• Attend Dream Team meetings and other needed meetings
