Chuck’s Sunday 09-01-13 Prayers
Dear Lord,
I’m not always sure whether I invite you into my heart or if you, Lord invite my heart into you. As we prepare for communion we will soon share the Body of Christ, my prayer is that we become the body of Christ. What part shall we be? Will we be his finger to point the way to the Kingdom? Will we be his legs that help spread the message? Can we be His eyes that He may see what is happening here? Or maybe Jesus’ mouth so that more people may know His word? Let us be his arms that gives someone the hug they so desperately need. Amen
