On February 1st there will be a great battle at Fields Chapel UMC!
Engage in the epic fight against hunger that we call Souper Bowl (of caring) Sunday!
Invite your neighbors and friends to join you and your family in bringing canned soups, canned meats, and canned beans for the hungry in Georgia. We will have a donation barrel on the side porch from Wednesday to Sunday so they can bring them Sunday morning OR Wednesday through Saturday at anytime!
If you have a business or a connection to a business we would like to place a collection box in your business to invite your customers, co-workers and employees to participate. Take some copies of the flyer from the back of the sanctuary this Sunday and place them on a box in your place of business (make sure you have permission from the owner/manager if that’s not you). Just remember to pick up and bring that collection box in with you on Souper Bowl Sunday (Feb. 1st)!
Invite those around you to engage in this higher purpose with us! We are already praying for all who will participate and all who will receive!
