Our church family gathered to celebrate our love for pastor Linda as we enjoyed a spread of tasty dishes. We all prayed and wished her well as she takes time to be refreshed and renewed with her adventure on the Appalachian Trail. Pastor Linda sent the following Thank You note
Thank you! Thank you! for the amazing send off! The breakfast was beyond anyone’s dream. I have never seen so much food and so many of you there. Your love is overwhelming. I also want to thank you for your financial support. Your generosity will make my trek more comfortable along the way. Thank you for all your prayers as I prepare to leave and for your prayers as I hike. I will miss you all terribly and so look forward to returning to you all in September.
