This past year, both Wes Frye and Frank Verdi have taken advanced classes through The United Methodist Church to continue their journeys as Certified Lay Speakers. Their certification enables them to preach in United Methodist Churches around the conference. This past Thursday evening at Smyna First UMC both Frank and Wes were officially named and consecrated to continue their journey. It was a great event to witness two of our own being prayed over. Blessed are the feet of those you bring good news!!!! Congratulations to both men and prayers go with you as you share the message around the conference!
